I am a consultant

As a consultant, I conduct in-depth analyses of organisational strengths and weaknesses and facilitate strategy and operational approaches reviews. I help clients evolve organisational culture, improve organisational capability, streamline core business processes and navigate organisational and business transitions and change. I help boards and senior managers clarify problematic situations, identify options for addressing those and guide the senior management team in moving the organisation from where it is at present to a more desirable state.

I am a doer
